About the X-Gens, they were an so-called Modern-Futuristic faction, leaded by Admiral Hank. Here's the evolution: Clan: 2014 The X-Gens were made after an Incident, which leads to an escape to the unknown faction. 2016: The X-Gens were made as a clan. 2017: The X-Gens became the faction, where's it's a military group. 2020 - 2026: The X-Gens have now gone secretive and becoming hostile to all factions, they are building labs all across the US, the PMS, and the UO are fearing that they are gonna try and enhance the virus to be some, "Super virus" and then releasing it on the country, that could leave US in ruins, well what's left of it. 60 days after this has happened the first super-virus has been made in a lab, all bunkers have been finished, and also, where did they get all this funding? Anyways, the virus has symptoms of; Uncontrolled Canada (Osiris now Nil-bert's) New Hampshire owned by Osiris. UK, owned by Omen. Germany, owned by Nick, the location is underground he stays there.
