El Código de Ética sirve como un extenso bosquejo de los estándares éticos generales que todo el personal debe respetar, componiendo así el Código de Ética como uno de los documentos más esenciales de la Fundación. La responsabilidad de hacer cumplir el Código de Ética recae en el Comité de Ética, que conserva todos los derechos sobre el Código de Ética y su contenido. Como tal, el Comité de Ética conserva la capacidad de enmendar este documento si fuera necesario para la prosperidad y el éxito integral de la Fundación.
