Description

Naramo West Noobia Faction The Federal Special Operations Command (FSOC) is a centralized component command of the West Noobia Defense Force and is charged with studying special operations requirements and techniques to ensure interoperability and equipment standardization, to plan and conduct special operations exercises and training, to develop joint special operations tactics, and to execute special operations missions worldwide. It was established in 1977 on recommendation of Colonel John Bradford, in the aftermath of the failure of Operation Silver Fox.
