To be a FBI member, you must join Cooco or Bob in the streets and show your skills, and also buy the FBI shirt and wear pants of your choice. (Note: We have to know who you are aswell so if you are a friend of Cooco or Bob you have a higher chance of being accepted, also you dont have to wear the FBI shirt at all times, only when you are working.)
