Description
The Serpent's Hand (acronym: S.H.) is a leaderless, para-environmental resistance organization, whose primary goal is to spread awareness of the existence of SCPs and other anomalous entities. Many members are anomalous themselves or have relation to anomalous humanoids. The Serpent's Hand is primarily based in an anomalous location called "The Wanderer's Library", which is accessed through portals found in many different parts of the world and in different worlds.
