Description
🌿Hanseatic Legion🌿 Deutschland oder Tod! The freedom of the old free cities had been trampled and exploited long enough under French rule. In the spring of 1813, under the call to arms, merchants’ children, students, former soldiers, and volunteers left the safety of the cities to form a Hanseatic Legion, deciding that they would no longer stand idle while others fought for Germany’s liberation. The time is now! Take up musket and sabre for Freiheit and prove that Hamburg, Lübeck, and Bremen still has blood, will, and steel for the Vaterland! June 27th, 2026
