Lastly, say something kind too someone AT LEAST Everyday or every other day, because you never know what someone's going through , people don't usually spread a note on how they feel.. Right now I've been going through TONS of insecurity and sadness which I've been hiding from EVERYONe, even my parents, no one knows except for the people that read this.
