It is responsible for the organizing of Storm Trooper regiments, separate from the mainstay Grenadiers of the line regiments, and under it's aegis is additionally that of the dreaded Commissariat, an organization of fierce political officers responsible for the maintenance of morale and compliance in the Guard's ranks.
