This will not only be a source of what I stated, but something that law abiding citizens may join if they wish. The Government will have no control over the Military unless the action you're doing requires strict authority of the Military. Other then that, you have no control over the Military and this is to act as a secondary or sub-divisions. You may be apart of the Court and in another Military division.
