Hello to all who got banned from Nova Hotels, really unfair. Like they dont give you a chance and ban you. I got banned for doing something a HIGHER RANK told me I can do, turns out I got banned the second I bough trainer. So unfair. I looked at ####### and as in now, we dont even get refunds. Alot of staff I realy rude when you want to explain. I really dont understand. As we grow we wll come at them and tell them they are unfair. Thank you for all the help just dont spread to much hate. Nova... Whatch out.
