The Hessian Free Corps is an autonomous professional contract army originating from the forests of Hesse, and other regions of Germany. After the American Revolutionary, many Hessians settled in North America, and have now banded once more in the new Industrial Era. From the 18th century to the 19th century, the Hessians consisted of well-trained men held to a tall standard of merit in the arts of early modern warfare and skirmishing. Acceptance into the Corps requires diligence and is methodical. Though not everyone is guaranteed a place amongst the adventurous, all are welcome to step up and bite the bullet!
