EIA COMMAND and EIA special ops. EIA Special ops purpose: conduct special operations standard EIA agents are unable to do. EIA command purpose: command EIA under supervision of the commander of the enclave. Note no rank is higher than commander of the enclave. EIA special ops are only able to be deployed under direct order from the commander of the enclave.
