(THIS IS A CHICAGO 1949 GROUP) Welcome to The incognito was formed by 3 boards of directors in 1947, initially employed as a hitman organization, but later reformed into a fully-fledged crime organization. As long as we get the job done, it doesn't matter. BASIC RULES -------------------- - Do not beg for a higher rank, you must earn your rank. - We pay small side amounts for jobs when active, but do not ask for more, it will come to you when it does. - Grammar is not required, however, speak in a manner that we can understand you. And for the sake of simplicity, this group's language is English.
