Description
We are a group of allied clans. We govern the space around us. There are certain rules upon which ALL must obey. 1. Seeeding a level 5 planet is against Universal Law. 2. Time travel is FORBIDEN, except with GeneralTimeLORD's consent, and a TARDIS. 3. No canabalizing Stargates on other planets. 4. This Alliance may not got to war with others unless vote of the leaders is 2/3 of the leaders present at the meeting. 5. Alliance meetings will be held as soon as HQ is made. In order to join your clan must: 1. Have over 200 people and 3 allies. 2.Not be a Hostile clan. 3. No nooby clans. 4. No offencive clans.
