Description
The Novus are a secluded race of peoples in the Galaxy. Their technology would be a universal wonder if it were not hoarded by their masters in the Promethean Empire. As it is, their advanced shipbuilding and medicinal knowledge is decades, possibly centuries ahead of any other known civilization. Forced to use their skills for war instead of profit, the Novus augment themselves with bionic limbs and organs, altering their appearances.
