首都防卫司令部（首防司 / CDC） 驻地：汉城中区弼洞 韩文：수도방위사령부（1984前：수도경비사령부 首都警备司令部） 英文正式名称：Capital Defense Command，缩写 CDC（ 简称：首防司 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 陆军本部直属首都最高卫戍作战机关，司令官为将官层级，直辖汉城核心野战警备兵力，战时可独立接受总统直接命令，不受常规陆军指挥体系与韩美联合司令部节制。 人员由现役陆军正规野战官兵、宪兵、参谋士官组成，是汉城唯一常驻中心城区的主力实战武力，兼具首都防御、中枢警备、非常事态镇压、反政变维稳职能。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1961年创设，1963—1983年以首都警备司令部之名运作，是1979双十二政变、1980光州事态、第五共和国前期核心武力机关。1984年正式扩编升格、更名首都防卫司令部，军团级建制，本部仍驻汉城中区弼洞，全程承担第五共和国首都警备与国土防卫核心任务。
