If you want to be a member, you have to go to the training grounds,Primary Step, go to a staff and they'll take you through training, Lastly, you wait a bit and you'll be ranked up. Also, if you want to get to the highest rank, your going to have to grind like you've never grinded before. So come on down and join the army. (Please note that staff will not always be available for training)
