Respect is Mandatory: We maintain a supportive environment. Disrespectful behavior is not tolerated. 2. Attendance: Communication is key. Always let leadership know in advance if you cannot make it to practice. 3. Accept Placement: Trust our creative choices. Choreography and positions are final and will not be changed. 4. No Trolling: Disruptive behavior results in an immediate final strike. 5. Staff Boundaries: Dancers are strictly forbidden from entering staff-only groups. ❌ probation ❌ Because accountability matters, we enforce a strict strike system. Consequences are clearly outlined at the start of every practice.
