Description
In the year 2031, the Type-A virus outbreak swept across the United States of America, a disease which claimed thousands of lives came to claim millions of lives. No typical precautions seemed to be effective against the spread of the virus, and so in 2034, 3 years after its first eruption, congress was finally driven to the point of passing a special order, Order 72. This meant that a small island in the North Atlantic would be turned into a containment center for the Type-A virus. Overtime, corruption took its toll on the Island, and now it stands under the rule of a horrific dictatorship with no order binding the act of the government.
