Description

Hello everyone, please join this group. If you don't, be a stinky hater and join "Tomato Studios" It is our MORTAL enemy. the food ranking system qualified potatoes as a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fiber, and pantothenic acid. Potatoes also contain a variety of phytonutrients that have antioxidant activity. Tomatoes on the other hand Tomatoes have malic acid and citric acid, which makes your stomach excessively acidic. Eating too many tomatoes can cause heart burn or acid reflux due to the production of excess gastric acid in the stomach.
