Description
The Highfield insurgency Group is a combative rebellion group that is tasked with raiding the academy. We will NOT conduct in rule breaking raids. They will be organized. The Highfield Insurgency group will try to ensure the Highfield City Police Department is drenched in fear, hollowed out from the inside, and left trembling under the weight of it's own paranoia. We will ensure HCPD will be left behind with bullets and silence. For too long have we let them get away with draining this city of trust, dignity and hope. May HCPD rest in peace.
