Motto: " ... We insist on Nuclear energy ... " Foundation: The Third Estate founded a Power Plant in 1974, which is located underground. The facility is still operating and controlled by The Third Estate. The TTS, a U.S. Government project, oversees the Facility and it's progress. Currently in the year 1983, the facility got partially renewed since 9 years have passed and some of the areas were unstable. These unstable areas, nicknamed "Sub-Sector" or "The wall" is located by taking the elevator shaft to the lower level of the facility. The lower level is hardly maintained and the issues are something that TTS rather keep out of the public eye; Water leak, pipe issues, steam pushed into wrong zones, cracks in the walls, you name it.*
