ORDENSSTAAT RUSSLAND The Order State of Russia was founded in 1939 after a declaration of war was imposed onto the Soviet Union, with the strategy of performing a blitzkrieg in hopes the Soviet Army would break, the Soviet Army officially lost edge during Mid-Summer and in Late-Summer of 1939, the German Army had officially taken Moscow. During the transition of governance, Old Soviet Civilians formed a Resistance to retake their Nation back, however, due to resistance the League was created to ensure no harm was done.
