ORDENSSTAAT RUSSLAND The Order State of Russia was founded in 1939 after a declaration of war was imposed onto the Soviet Union, with the strategy of performing a blitzkrieg in hopes the Soviet Army would break, the Soviet Army officially lost edge during Mid-Summer and in Late-Summer of 1939, the German Army had officially taken Moscow.
