All normal life is distracted as good monsters have been turned into raging evil, creatures The kings of each 13 worlds have also turned evil. You have to defeat all 13 worlds and defeat the 3 ultra bosses to get to the world of Maximus Also known as the 14th legendary ring. And the 5th dimension. This is a myth and it is not known to exist but in this case the 14th ring has accidentally opened up due to Maximus
