It guides behavior on all levels of the Foundation. This department covers both contact nodes and command centers; there is a backup for malfunction recovery for each node and core. Administrative Department jurisdiction also includes the financial operations of the whole Foundation, such as the disposal of funds, accountancy, budget planning, etc. Because of the importance of this department, there are more frequent loyalty checks here than anywhere else.
