𝐆𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐊𝐒 The Gold Cloaks, formally known as the City Watch of King’s Landing, served as the guardians of the capital during the unrest of the Blackfyre Rebellion. Tasked with maintaining order within the streets of the city, they answered directly to the Iron Throne and remained loyal to King Daeron II throughout the conflict. As rumors of rebellion spread across Westeros, the watch worked tirelessly to prevent riots, conspiracies, and unrest within the capital’s walls. Many among their ranks were hardened veterans and experienced watchmen familiar with the dangers of treachery and political intrigue. Though often dismissed by noble knights, the Gold Cloaks represented the crown’s authority among the common people of King’s Landing. During an age where loyalties fractured across the realm, the watch stood as the first line of defense for the royal city and the red dragon crown.
