They need to be in this group for | week to achieve "*Sprout* rank. *Sprout*-Sprouts get slightly better benefits in games we make and will need to be in this group | month to achieve "*Budding*" rank. *Budding*-Budding get some great benefits in games we make and will need to be in this group | | months to achieve "*Bloomed*" rank. "*Bloomed*"-Bloomed get very nice benefits in games we make and will need to be in this group | full year and CAN help with "*Staff*" rank. "*Staff*" isn't the highest rank and will have to train to get this rank.
