Description
An island in the north Pacific, near Kamchatka. Abandoned by White and Red forces during the Russian Civil War, acting as an independent republic. Dinimatsk joined the war in 1941, on the Pacific front. Their aid helped Soviet forces to capture Sakhalin. In 1949 the People's Republic of Dinimatsk was founded when Soviet influence put a Marxist Leninist party in power. Era: Late Cold War (early modern day is also fine)
