Description
Risen from the ashes, a glorious empire stands! The German Empire was proclaimed in 1871 by Wilhelm I of the North German Confederation at Versailles, hoping to prove its power on the world stage. It built a massive army — the largest in Europe. Now, in 1919, tensions end in Europe with a victory of Germany in the great war.
