Description
The Non-biological Extraterrestrial Species Treaty was founded by Lieutenant William Lennox through the support and collaboration with the Autobots but more specifically, Optimus Prime. The United States Government placed the now Director Charlotte Mearing in leadership with General Glenn Morshower as the military commander. NEST is responsible for handling any Decepticon threats that appear on Earth and to protect human lives at all costs.
