However, it'd be preferred if you don't diagnose yourself with a plethora of conditions. I get diagnosing yourself with anxiety after regular panic attacks, but there's a limit to what you can diagnose yourself with. There's a big difference in saying I'm a very anxious person and saying you have diagnosed yourself with every condition on the list
