Description
As a Sanada retainer, Karasawa Genba snuck into Shiritaka Castle and set it ablaze, then fought at the Battle of Nagashino in 1575. After Sanada’s defeat, he escaped and returned to his lands in Shinano, where he began strengthening the Karasawa-shi and training his retainers for the uncertain times ahead.
