The Trust serves as the governing and stewarding body for the Valentine Foundation’s philanthropic, educational, ethical, and cultural institutions across ROBLOX. Established to ensure continuity, ethical governance, and institutional integrity, The Valentine Trust oversees long-term strategy, appoints leadership, and safeguards the mission and legacy of all Valentine Foundation entities. Through its Foundation, the Trust supports : • The Institute for Ethical Leadership & Studies • ROBLOX Museum of Fine Arts • The ROBLOX Literacy Society • The Institute of Thought The Trust operates independently and in service Valentine Family and Trustees appointed by the Family.
