| RoM | Republic of Manchuria #6826560
Description
In 2023 the Chinese region of Manchuria broke free from the oppressive rule of the PRC under Xi Jinping. A large militia force pushed from theregion into Beijing and by December a peace treaty was signed, guaranteeing the independence of Manchuria. In January a referendum was held to find out if the citizens of territories that were captured by Manchuria during their war for independence wanted to stay with Manchuria. Out of over 40m people, only 18 voted to rejoin PRC. Since then there has been a large presence of Chinese troops on the Manchurian border. In 2025 Manchuria began the invasion and occupation of North Korea and by 2026 were pushing into South Korea. In 2029 Manchuria invaded Mongolia. It was a bloody war, with over 486k men dead. It was also the longest Manchuria had been in, lasting until 2033. It is now 2035, and the destiny of Manchuria is undecided, though what remains clear is that Manchuria is hungry for more conquest.
