Free Republic of Ithrel | 1938 In 1911, the city-state of Ithrel lead by Duke Marquin was facing internal political strife, after witnessing the birth of the Confederation of Estvall, the people of Ithrel demanded for a change. After a brief period of political violence and turmoil, the independent port town of Ithrel became a fledgling oligarchic republic.
