"DAWN HEARTS" Blackwell Gang — easily recognizable by their infamous black vests and scarves — stood as one of the last remaining outlaw bands of 1915. A dominant force in the waning days of the Wild West, clinging to the fading outlaw lifestyle through ruthless determination. From daring robberies to other crimes, the Blackwell Gang carved its name into the history of Luna County, New Mexico, cementing its reputation as one of the most prominent criminal organizations of its time.
