Description
The Enclave captured the Eastern Brotherhood of Steel and established a Governor-General to pacify and control the occupied territory. The Brotherhood of Steel was known for their strict codes of conduct and high values in defending humanity against the dangers of the wasteland. The Enclave saw the Brotherhood as a significant threat to their authority and superiority, leading them to invade and subjugate them. As a result, the Governor-General has now implemented strict rules and regulations with severe punishments for any Brotherhood members who oppose their new overlords.
