Description
Set in 1988, during the Cold War, the Northern Research and Defense Installation-12 (NRDI - 12) is a nuclear warhead early warning center used by the U.S. Department of Defense. While on the surface, it seems as an ordinary facility with U.S. staff, forged documentation in inspection reports hides the fact that this facility holds the world's most dangerous anomalies captured by Mobile Task Forces stationed around the globe. At this site, prisoners are captured worldwide through back-market means and are used to be tested on these entities. Subjects at this site include: the politically unwanted, ordinary criminals, the homeless etc. Site staff are armed as to prevent uprisings brought by the imprisoned and to stop potential attacks done by Soviet funded mercenary forces driven to access the site and capture it, although unknowing of what lies inside.
