Euskadi is the home of the Basques, or Euskaldunak; an ethno-linguistic group composed of speakers of the last pre-Indo European language in Europe; a language isolate known as Euskara. Despite it's small population and small size, Euskadi is fairly rich in part due to the vast natural resources found within.
