All officers in the province must be professionally trained and certified by this agency before they are fit to join a department. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬◈▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ You NEED to have a Citizenship in the Province of Azura to join this group.
