Description
Space Training and Readiness Command, STARCOM, is the education and training division within the USSF. Rules of Basic Space Training: Only Drill Instructors can host BSTs In order to move past Spaceman Basic, you must pass a BST. Enlisted can NOT join a division until they pass a BST. Rules of STAR School: In order to join a division, you must first go through STAR School. To enroll in STAR School, you must pass a STAR Tryout. To pass STAR School, you must receive a 75% or higher on your exam. After passing STAR School, you will be assigned to either STARCOM or SpOC. (We will take into consideration your preference.) Rules of OCS: In order to become a commissioned officer, you must first pass OCS. Only OCS Instructors can train Officer Candidates. Must be E7+ to enroll. Must be recommended by O5+. Must have a guaranteed position after graduation. Can pass the final exam with a 85% or higher. Motto: "Training the leaders of tomorrow."
