Valnormiske Heimevern is Valnorm’s territorial defense and reserve force, composed of trained citizen-soldiers tasked with protecting the homeland at the local level. Its mission is to secure key infrastructure, defend population centers, support regular forces, and respond rapidly to internal threats, disasters, or invasion. Rooted in community and national duty, the Heimevern ensures that every region of Valnorm remains defended and resilient in times of crisis. Motto: Always Ready, Everywhere
