After the downfall of the International United Nations of Samp the world enveloped in chaos, the various Samp Confederacies ended up having brutal wars for territorial and economic gain. After 40 years of fighting the leader of UNS gathered huge amounts of supporters and took over all the governments to establish an oppressive state for the people.
