Commander - Must attend command training more than once as well as receive the trust of his fellow operators Assistant Directors - Must be trusted by me and prove themselves. ~RANK SPECIFICS~ Squad leader - is HR to operators in their squad Staff sergeant - manages all lower ranks Commander - commands squad leaders during operations Assistant director - Helps me make group decisions as well as commanding operators into operations and battle.
