Rank Guide: Crewman- Verify in the dizzy and prove yourself in a week trial Boatswain- As a crewman, Either attend IO raids or a promotion ceremony Lieutenant- As a boatswain, Pass the MR test. (You will be interviewed and observed for a week before HR voting)
