Description
The Department of Enlistment & Recruit (D.E.R.) is a governing body in the Black Rabbit Society, tasked with maintaining recruitment order and helping new members of the Society. The department's leader, the Senator of Enlistment & Recruitment, is responsible for managing the department's resources to ensure a steady flow of new recruits to the Society and creating an engaging environment for them. D.E.R. has primary control of recruitment policies within the Society and the "recruitment" event type where members go into games and personally speak to Robloxians, asking them to join the Society, although new methods of recruitment are always being thought of.
