Description
Founded February 1850 Los Angeles County, one of the original 27 counties, was established on February 18th, 1850, after California gained its statehood after the Mexican-American war. Today it is one of the biggest counties in the country; state and population wise. It contains over 10 million people and thousands of square miles of land. It contains many cultural and historical sites. It is also the home to many famous and historical cities; such as Los Angeles and Azusa.
