Description
Special Containment Procedures Foundation After decades death, destruction, and perpetual war from both those within and outside, we were forced to bend our knee and return among the darkness which we once ruled over. Area - 157 was the last bulwark of our way of life, deep within the Appalachian mountains, a small, dense, insignificant facility untouched by those who sought to destroy us. After we rebuilt it, and thousands had bled, cried, and died for it, we brought the little we still had left to it, and hope began to seem reasonable. After the darkest ages of the Foundation and humanity itself, in the dark depths of the oceans and peaks of the mountains of Earth, the craters of the Moon and Mars, and parallel universes beyond, light oncemore prevailed.
