Description
The Council of Mahestan serves as the advisory body to the kings of Persia, embodying the empire’s intellect, tradition, and governance. Composed of esteemed nobles, scholars, and priests, the council deliberates on matters of state, law, and the welfare of the empire. Tasked with maintaining balance and offering counsel to both King Vologases VI and King Artabanus IV, the Mahestan ensures that the empire remains united and prosperous.
