The Council takes care of inner and foreign affairs, and includes several ministries. The Council is the ruling body of the Empire, and is often known to rule with hard guidelines to the population to ensure the safety of the eternal Empire. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
